Celebration Corner meets during Sunday’s 9:00 a.m. service* |

Your child, ages 3 through grade 5, will absolutely love this hour of the week! Everything is designed with your child in mind. For preschoolers the Bible story is a hands-on, learning experience with upbeat songs, finger puppet plays and activities that all concentrate on one important question from the Bible and applying that answer to your child’s life. Scripture memory gives them a way to take home what they have learned. We know that the more kids are actively involved in the learning process, the more they learn. For the school-aged child, grades K-2 and 3-5, the active learning continues as your child is challenged toward active application of a Bible principle, weaving their faith into their daily lives. They learn how to worship, how to use their Bibles to find answers to life’s problems, and are given a take-home paper that includes ideas, activities and discussions that can easily be used at home to further the learning throughout the week. We systematically cover the entire Bible in a 3-year cycle. Note: Children begin worship in the sanctuary with their families at 9:o0 a.m., then are dismissed to Celebration Corner where they will have a lesson and activities. Childcare is provided during the 10:33 a.m. service for children ages 3 through grade 2.
